Privacy Policy

Melon Poppers is operated by Flying Vee Studios. This policy explains the information used when you play or create a free account.

What we collect

Guest play uses a random ID stored in your browser. We save game statistics such as kills, deaths, assists, melon pops, rifle use and progress against that ID. Your browser also stores choices such as your name, outfit, rifle finish, sound settings and sensitivity. If you create an account, Supabase Auth processes your email, password and login session; we link your game statistics to your account ID. We do not need your real name to play.

Our servers and hosting providers may process technical information such as IP address, connection time, device and browser details to deliver the game and protect it from abuse. Other players can see your chosen player name and in-game activity.

Guest progress and accounts

The browser ID is how we find a guest's saved progress. Clearing this site's data, switching browsers or using another device can make guest progress inaccessible. When you create an account or sign in from the same browser, we link that browser's guest progress to your account. Account progress can be restored by signing in.

Why we use it

We use this information to run multiplayer matches, keep career statistics, manage accounts, remember settings, prevent misuse and answer support requests. We do not currently sell skins or process payments in the game.

Service providers and storage

Hostinger hosts the game, and Supabase provides account authentication and career storage when configured. The game loads some software libraries from content delivery networks. These providers may process technical information needed to deliver their services. We do not currently run an in-game advertising or data-sale program.

Cookies and browser storage

Accounts use essential login cookies. Guest IDs and game settings use browser local storage; short-lived map navigation state uses session storage. You can remove browser storage in your browser settings, but doing so can break the link to guest progress or sign you out.

Retention and your choices

We keep account and career data while needed to operate the game and handle support, legal or security needs. To request access, correction or deletion of your account or statistics, email help@melonpoppers.com. We may need to verify that you control the account or guest profile before acting on a request.

Children

Melon Poppers is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided information to us, contact us so we can review and remove it as appropriate.
