These terms cover Melon Poppers, a multiplayer game operated by Flying Vee Studios. By using the game, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Playing and accounts

You may play as a guest or create a free account. Guest progress is linked to data stored in your browser and may become inaccessible if you clear site data or switch devices. Keep your account password private, and tell us at help@melonpoppers.com if you suspect unauthorized access. You must be at least 13 to use the game; if you are under the age of majority where you live, use it with permission from a parent or guardian.

Fair play

Do not cheat, manipulate scores or game traffic, exploit bugs, harass other players, impersonate staff, or use hateful or threatening player names. We may remove names, limit access, or suspend accounts to protect the game and other players.

Skins and purchases

Skin Shop items are currently previews. Purchase buttons are disabled; showing a price does not mean a purchase is available. If paid items are introduced later, the checkout terms and any applicable refund information will be shown before payment.

Game content

The game and its original content belong to their respective owners. Some third-party assets are used under licenses identified in the game's asset credits. You may play the game for personal entertainment; you may not redistribute its files or claim its content as your own.

Availability and changes

The game is in development. We may change or interrupt features, maps, balance or access. We cannot promise uninterrupted service or that guest progress will always remain available. We aim to fix problems reported to our support address.

Responsibility

The game is provided as available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect losses caused by interruptions, lost guest access or gameplay issues. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
